Current turnaround times are 24-48 hours for initial proofs on premade designs, and 1 week on custom designs. The Reverie Collective is open Monday-Saturday, with Sundays being my day off for church, time with family, and to create new products for the shop! :)

5 out of 5 starsMandy is such a talented individual. At first there were a few kinks but it's because I gave quite an abstract brief. After I provided a few specifics Mandy delivered over and beyond my expectations. I even cried tears of joy because the logo captured exactly what I wanted and more. The only downside is that the turnaround time for each edit was pretty slow, about 3-4 days at a go. I had to prompt Mandy before she'd get back to me. If you need your logo urgently I think this might be a consideration. Otherwise Mandy was great and accommodating. Thank you so much!

How do I download my digital files?
If you check your Purchases page (on a browser page, not in the app), there should be a Download button next to the order from my shop. Alternately, I can send the files to you via email if you'd prefer. Just contact me with the email address you'd like me to send them to.
What do the alternate and submark designs look for a particular logo?
Unfortunately I don't have samples of the full set for each design in my shop, as items are made to order and can vary slightly to best suit the customer's business name. If you have something specific you're wanting for one of the designs though, I'd be happy to accommodate you!
I'm new to all of this - what exactly are alternate and submark designs?
Alternate Logo
An alternate logo is an additional version of your main logo, just re-arranged in a different format. For example, if your main logo is in a horizontal format, sometimes space doesn’t always allow those exact dimensions. Instead of shrinking your logo, an alternate design provides you with a different layout to suit any needs that may arise so your logo is always legible.
Submark Logo
A submark logo is a less detailed, condensed version of your main logo. It can often be used on secondary pages of printed materials to still keep your branding in place when your main logo isn’t needed. It can also be used as a watermark, social media profiles, website footers or favicons, back sides of business cards, etc.
